These terms regulate the access and use of the services offered by Florentin Studio through its website.

 

Services offered

 

Graphic design, branding, visual identity, web design, creative direction and visual communication consulting.

 

Contracting and payments

 

When requesting a service, a personalized agreement will be established with times, deliverables and payment conditions. Payments will be made by bank transfer or other previously agreed means.

 

Cancellations and refunds

 

Once a project has started, no refunds will be made for work already delivered or in progress. In case of early cancellation, a percentage proportional to the progress of the project may be agreed upon.

 

Responsibility

 

Florentin Studio is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of the material delivered or changes made by third parties.
